On March 18 and 19, 2010, BME will launch a new event in the Maritim Hotel in Bonn. In addition to presentations, "BME's e-SOLUTION DAYS 2010" will have an interactive focus.
This new event will be highly interactive and will present attendees with numerous opportunities to talk to experts. Visitors to this event will not only attend "traditional" presentations, but they will also have the opportunity to benefit from the experiences of other users and providers through a series of workshops, round tables discussions, and panel discussions. The purpose of this event is to facilitate a useful exchange of experiences, discussions on current findings, and personal networking.

Title: "Establishing Global Procurement as a High-Performance Organization: International SAP SRM Rollout at Linde Gas".
This presentation will address the following topics:
- Post-merger challenges facing purchasing
- Implementation of a "high-performance organization" in purchasing
- International SAP SRM rollout - challenges, implementation approach, and "lessons learned"
