apsolut: innovative global player in the field of consulting

Recently, Rittal needed an equally innovative global player in the field of consulting to upgrade its SRM 4.0 system to SRM 7.0 (Classic Scenario). It found exactly what it was looking for in apsolut. Key factors that spoke in favor of apsolut as the perfect choice for this project were the company's methodical approach, its very impressive reference projects, and its singular expertise in SAP SRM processes. End-user satisfaction thanks to enhanced user efficiency

The release upgrade resulted in a sustainable increase in work efficiency (faster completion of tasks) at Rittal, thanks to enhanced task management. This was achieved through optimized access to a central worklist, with unified workflow elements, warning messages and notifications in all SAP applications and the personal worklist for SAP-SRM-specific activities. SAP SRM 7.0 has boosted efficiency considerably, by enabling the creation of purchasing teams and facilitating purchasing across different company codes. Rittal was also able to enjoy the immediate benefits of a user interface that can be individually customized and a flexible definition of user roles.
