apsolut receives "Attractive Employer" certification

Following an appointment as a top employer among German SMEs by Focus Business, apsolut is delighted to receive further certification as an attractive employer from the international research and consulting institute Great Place to Work®.

The Great Place to Work® certification program of the international research and consulting institute stands for a special commitment to shaping workplace culture and is awarded according to a proven procedure. It includes independent, anonymous feedback from employees and the analysis of human resources measures and programs.

"We are very pleased because the certification is largely based on a voluntary and anonymous survey," says Thomas Herbst, founder and managing director of the apsolut Group. "We have received outstanding feedback, but also critical impulses, which we take as an opportunity to further develop ourselves as an employer.

"Good employers have one thing in common," says Sebastian Diefenbach, Head of Customer Consulting at Great Place to Work®, "they are committed to credible, fair leadership and active employee development. Respect, trust and team spirit are an integral part of the corporate culture.”
