A strong signal in the SAP world: apsolut is becoming part of the All for One Group

The leading IT, consulting and service provider is acquiring all shares in the procurement specialist.

Bielefeld, 19 January 2026 – apsolut Group, the multiple award-winning SAP Procurement Partner of the Year in Central and Eastern Europe, is joining the All for One Group. Upon completion of the acquisition in Q1 2026, the two companies will combine their SAP transformation, SAP cloud business and SAP-based procurement portfolios to create a comprehensive consulting offering.

For apsolut, this step marks the next milestone on the path to offering holistic SAP consultancy services. Around 3,500 employees will support medium-sized companies and large corporations across all industries in the digitalisation of their business processes, with apsolut remaining a separate line of business within the All for One Group.

“We have built up a unique market position in SAP procurement over many years. Now is the right time for the next logical step,' says Thomas Herbst, founder and managing director of apsolut. ‘Our customers today expect end-to-end excellence — not just procure-to-pay or source-to-contract, but increasingly order-to-cash and beyond. We are consistently addressing these expanded requirements through our integration with All for One Group, one of the leading full-service SAP providers.’

Michael Zitz, CEO of All for One Group, emphasises the strategic importance of the acquisition: ‘apsolut is the number one in SAP procurement. All for One is the number one in SAP cloud business and SAP transformation. Together, we want to become the global number one in the SAP market in our industries and target segments. Our shared goal is to deliver measurable business benefits and strengthen the long-term competitiveness of our customers.”

Herbst summarises why All for One is the right partner: 'In recent years, there have been repeated enquiries about acquiring apsolut. For us, it was clear that it could never just be about numbers. Values, fit and trust matter most. After numerous discussions with Michael Zitz and his management team, we knew that this was a good fit, both professionally and culturally. Our business will grow, and so will our foundation of trust.'
