apsolut opens new national subsidiary in Switzerland

In the fourth quarter of 2019, apsolut, a Gold Partner of SAP, will open a branch office in Switzerland, located in Zurich. Like Thomas Herbst, founder of the apsolut Group, Markus Zaugg will act as Managing Director.

Zaugg looks back on more than 20 years of experience in the eProcurement sector and has had numerous contact with apsolut during his career: "I've always noticed the company because it was the only European consulting firm to specialize in SAP Source to Pay solutions early on - and has an excellent project portfolio. I am therefore very pleased to be able to offer these services to Swiss companies as well", says Zaugg.

According to Thomas Herbst, apsolut is optimally positioned for the start in Switzerland: "With Markus Zaugg, we have gained a well-known face in Swiss procurement. With the support of our consultants & developers from Germany, the UK, Spain and India, he will help major customers as well as SMEs to react effectively to the existing transformation pressure. Step by step, we will now build up our own team of consultants in Switzerland".

The new branch is apsolut's 13th location and is the seventh national branch of the apsolut Group after the companies in Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, India, China and Austria.
