“Social apsolut” is supporting three social projects with a donation of 3,000 euros each

As part of this year’s “Social apsolut” initiative, the employees of apsolut once again had the opportunity to nominate social organisations they felt the company should support. The proposed institutions were listed, and then all the staff could vote on which ones should receive funding. The following winners were declared:

  • Rennfietsen Münster: Participants in the Rennfietsen Tour (a road cycling event held in Münsterland) donate one euro for every kilometre they cycle to children's welfare organisations AGAPEDIA and Roter Keil. Social apsolut is topping up these donations with a bit extra.
  • Mission Erde (Mission Earth): Through direct involvement, training programmes and financial assistance, Mission Erde actively supports a range of conservation projects run by environmental protection organisations and individuals, with the aim of preserving our planet’s biodiversity and habitats, and generating enthusiasm for the beauty of nature.
  • Bethel: Bethel is one of Europe’s largest charitable healthcare institutions. It provides services to disabled, sick and disadvantaged people in states across Germany, seeking to assist, advise, or to just be there for these individuals.

Each of these organisations will receive a donation of 3,000 euros. Through its “Social apsolut” initiative, the SAP consultancy firm has been making important contributions towards social responsibility for many years now.

Webinar: Shaping transformation instead of suffering it

There will be no fireworks in this webinar with Oliver Sowa, Managing Director of the Beutlhauser Group. No low-hanging fruit will be picked. Instead, we will offer hints on how managers can actively support transformations, rather than impeding them from above. This is likely to be extremely interesting.
