apsolut implements several interfaces for Alfred Ritter

Alfred Ritter GmbH & Co. KG uses the maintenance software ISPRO-NG to create orders for spare parts, and maintenance. Together with the manufacturer of this software, H&H Systems Software GmbH, apsolut has implemented several web service-based Interfaces that ensure a seamless transition between ISPRO and the SAP SRM system.

The apsolut interfaces automatically transfer orders created in ISPRO to a shopping cart in SAP SRM. The SAP SRM system in turn reports the order number back to ISPRO. Goods receipts can be created in SRM from ISPRO. Contracts from SRM can also be replicated for use in ISPRO.

The new interfaces provide process efficiency and not only avoid system breaks. "Above all, it was important for us to be able to continue operating our established processes and workflows," explains Tim Müller, Project Engineer at Alfred Ritter. "With the support of apsolut, this was a perfect success! We are delighted to have a reliable partner in apsolut for our diverse requirements!"
