Handelsblatt has named apsolut as one of Germany's best employers for 2025
The award confirms that employee satisfaction and innovative strength go hand in hand
What makes an employer truly attractive? For apsolut, the answer is clear: a workplace where people can grow, ideas are valued, and success is achieved as a team. Handelsblatt recognised this, naming the consulting firm one of Germany's best employers.
apsolut impressed particularly in five categories: corporate culture, work-life balance, career opportunities, innovative strength and employee satisfaction. Handelsblatt has named apsolut a top employer in its latest ‘Germany's Best Employers 2025’ ranking. This ranking is based on comprehensive criteria such as employee satisfaction, corporate culture, development prospects and innovative strength.
The ranking was compiled in collaboration with an independent research institute. It is based on anonymous employee surveys and objective company key figures. The following were surveyed, among other things:
- Satisfaction with leadership and corporate culture
- Work-life balance and flexibility
- Career and training opportunities
- Innovative strength and future prospects
- Overall satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
'Awards like these are doubly valuable to us: Externally, they help us to differentiate ourselves from the competition in the fight for the best talent and establish ourselves as an attractive employer. Internally, they prove that our culture, benefits and development opportunities measures are working, and they boost motivation and team pride," reports Wiebke Arning, Head of HR at apsolut.
